How Evolve Trim Can Reduce the Appearance of Your Cellulite

Cellulite is so common that it’s extremely uncommon for any woman not to have cellulite. A small percentage of men also live with cellulite, but rarely seek treatment. Though cellulite isn’t a medical condition, nor is it harmful, it can affect your clothing choices and your self-esteem, which directly affects your quality of life.
When your cellulite care regimen doesn’t bring the results you want, our experienced professionals at Pure Touch Skin Center can step in with an innovative new treatment. Conveniently located in Glendale and Sherman Oaks, California, Pure Touch Skin Center is your go-to destination for healing from the cellulite that worries and annoys.
What even is cellulite?
Cellulite is a completely natural phenomenon that occurs in up to 90% of women around the globe. Cellulite primarily affects the buttocks and thighs, but may also affect the mid-section, on your abdominal area. Cellulite usually shows up during puberty and typically lasts for a lifetime. Here, we describe three grades of cellulite, with the most severe showing lumpy skin with major dimples, or depressions, on the affected area.
For reasons not yet fully understood, fibrous bands form beneath the skin, pulling down on different spots on your skin. As fat cells continue to grow as a natural part of the adolescent growth spurt, they push against the skin, causing the peaks and valleys that we identify as cellulite. Cellulite doesn’t cause pain, nor is it an illness, by any stretch. But cellulite’s interference with swimsuit season can put a damper on otherwise wonderful memories.
Cellulite is its own condition, not a symptom of a person’s excess weight, lack of exercise, or improper skin care. Cellulite is a cosmetic issue, and your aesthetic specialists at Pure Touch Skin Center are here to help you get the results you need with our cellulite treatments.
Can the Evolve Trim get rid of it?
Treating cellulite doesn’t have to be a travesty. Widely available creams and scrubs meant to treat cellulite may or may not affect the problem, but Evolve Trim is a specially designed system that targets the symptoms of cellulite – the lumpy skin – and helps smooth your skin.
Evolve Trim is a radiofrequency, or RF, treatment that sends signals to the fat cells that press against your skin. Similar to the way that WarmSculpting with SculpSure® and CoolSculpting, these signals effectively kill the fat cells beneath the skin, which are then flushed out of your body through your own natural processes.
Evolve Trim is also equipped with a special vacuum to help your skin separate the bands below the skin and to secure the treatment area in its place. This vacuum not only works to help separate the fibrous bands that are holding you back, but also to plump the skin, further reducing the lumpy, bumpy look that you’d like to treat.
As your fatty cells are pushed out by the signals from Evolve Trim, the system stimulates collagen production to help tighten and tone the treatment area. This noninvasive cellulite treatment is safe for virtually everyone, and takes just just a few sessions, each lasting no longer than a half hour.
Although Evolve Trim is an excellent and effective treatment for cellulite, it’s important for you to do your part to fight off cellulite. Be mindful of your diet – a high-calorie diet heavy in carbohydrates, unhealthy fats and preservatives can increase the size of your remaining fatty cells, enabling an unceremonious return of your cellulite.
Ask your primary care provider about the best diet for you. Nearly everyone benefits from eating more fresh and gently cooked vegetables, cutting back on meat and processed foods, and getting at least 30 solid minutes of exercise per day. Exercise can help reduce the appearance of cellulite, but adding Evolve Trim to your cellulite treatment regimen can give you the result that makes those short-shorts look much more fun.
